Annual dues "keep the lights on" (literally and figuratively) and are a necessary part of keeping up the common areas of our community.  These dues are collected for maintenance and repair of the dock, access lot, and monument area as well as associated utilities and general business of the community.  We thank you in advance for your timely payment.  Annual invoices will be emailed to you, but if you are new to the community or have no record of receipt, you can pay here.

Annual dues will be bumped this year in anticipation of significant repair and maintenance of the dock.  They had been $50 since 1991 and for the past 30 years, that has been sufficient.  Times are changing and the cost of services have increased.  Please pay your dues timely so that we can continue the business of our HOA.
