Deeded access was granted to residents of Woodland Hills by the real estate developer in 1991.  The access lot is located on Canvasback, approximately directly across the street from the intersection of Canvasback and Chatworth.  

To maintain the integrity of limiting access to the community, and for security, we have a locked gate.  Annually, residents are required to apply for an access key.  In 2022 (April 1) we are switching over to a Bluetooth lock.  This will allow property owners to unlock with phone.  You will need to search and download "MasterLock Vault Enterprise" on your smartphone.  Please send us an email to woodlandhillshoa1@gmail.com to gain access.
