Welcome to Woodland Hills Property Owners Association. The goal of this self-managed association is to act in the best interest of the residents for the overall betterment of the community. You can find our By-Laws and Covenants in the "Resources" menu on this website as well as recorded with the Iredell County Registrar of Deeds.

Annual Dues for the association are as follows (2022):

Woodland Hills Property Owner: $70.00
Lake Access Lot Key (optional): $30.00
New Resident Initiation Fee: $10.00

These fees are utilized by your elected board of directors for annual expenses of the community including but not limited to utilities, landscaping, dock maintenance, and general upkeep of the monument area and access lot.
